Home Brewed Beer
Among other things, I brew beer at home. Here is my recipe for the best beer I have brewed thus far. This recipe was contrived from several recipes I found on the internet, along with some help from my local homebrew supplier. If you brew your own beer…give it a try.
DT’s San Francisquito Ale
1 lb Crystal Malt 40L (150 F steep 30 mins)
3 1/3 lb Telford’s Ultra Light Extract
3 lb John Bull Extra Light Dry Malt
